KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and ensure execution of individual store activities
- Work with Advertising Smart Shopper and Regions to deliver
- Work with Head of Trading to establish plans for each store in conjunction with the Regions and all Stakeholders
- Understand and interpret current store performance and impact of all trading activities
- Adhere to organisation and department standards, policies and procedures in carrying out daily activities
- Identify and suggest improvements to team processes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science/Marketing Degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail related systems
- Cross-functional experience within the Pick n Pay environment
- Understanding of Pick n Pay promotion levers
- Good track record of working on projects/tasks with high complexity
- Be prepared to travel when required
- Proficient in MS office
- Proficiency on SAP will be an added advantage
