Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:

Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Experience:
Experience in operating PHCIS /Clinicom system.
Appropriate administrative experience.

Inherent requirement of the job:
Willingness to work shifts (night duty and weekends) to meet the operational requirements.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (Ms Word and Excel).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages in the Western Cape.

Duties (Key result areas/outputs):
Admit, register and discharge patients and handle all patient enquiries.
Accurate collection, safekeeping and deposit of state money.
Ensure correct management of patient folders at reception areas and schedule appointments (i.e. new, follow-up and operations) on system.
Correct patient assessment and accurate data recording.
