ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

 

Requirements:

  • A recognised 3 year qualification in Hospitality Management highly recommended
  • Two years staff management experience in a senior capacity (will be supervising a team of 6 individuals)
  • Two to three years relevant experience in a similar position within a 5 star hotel/fine dining environment
  • Exposure to IR management and disciplinary processes advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential
  • Working knowledge of Materials Control and Micros essential

Location: Cape Town / CBD
Salary: Max R 11 000 basic + benefits
