ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Requirements:
- A recognised 3 year qualification in Hospitality Management highly recommended
- Two years staff management experience in a senior capacity (will be supervising a team of 6 individuals)
- Two to three years relevant experience in a similar position within a 5 star hotel/fine dining environment
- Exposure to IR management and disciplinary processes advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages essential
- Working knowledge of Materials Control and Micros essential
