About The Position
Bidvest Prestige Cleaning requires an experienced self disciplined General Manager with 5-8 years Hospitality Operations experience
Duties include:
- Management of the operations team and ensure operational efficiencies are met at all times.
- Ensure safety at all times (team and environment)
- Maintain client relationships at strategic level
- Staff management including IR & manpower development and training
- Maintain high cleaning standards
- Profit and Loss, Budgets and financial planning
- Oversee the upkeep of equipment on site and stock management
- Maintain a high standard of performance and image of the Company
- Implementation ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Manage the assignment of work schedules and drawing up rosters
- Liaise and negotiate at all levels
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
Requirements include:
- 5-8 years previous management experience ideally within the Hospitality industry
- 5-8 business management experience
- Financial and business acumen
- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and legislations
- Planning, organizing and ability to delegate
- PC literate
- Valid SA Drivers License
- Labour relations
