Location: Western Cape Montague Gardens
Salary: R 8000

A well-established Manufacturing and Engineering company, is seeking to employ a Office Administrator.
Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Minimum two year previous experience in similar position
  • Computer literate (QuickBooks experience will be advantageous)
  • Own transport and drivers licence
  • Financial experience will be advantageous

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Assisting owner with general administration duties
  • Arranging appointments, and managing diary
  • Basic Creditor and debtors function
  • Creating job-cards
  • Updating project progress
  • Necessary training will be provided.
