OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Admin / Secretarial,
Location: Western Cape Montague Gardens
Salary: R 8000
A well-established Manufacturing and Engineering company, is seeking to employ a Office Administrator.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
- Minimum two year previous experience in similar position
- Computer literate (QuickBooks experience will be advantageous)
- Own transport and drivers licence
- Financial experience will be advantageous
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Assisting owner with general administration duties
- Arranging appointments, and managing diary
- Basic Creditor and debtors function
- Creating job-cards
- Updating project progress
- Necessary training will be provided.
