A Fast growing organization is looking for vibrant pro-active Debt Counsellors with excellent communications skills to join their dynamic team of agents. The company offers training and support as well as ongoing coaching weekly incentives and monthly commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients
  • Provide sound debt counselling advice
  • Meet targets

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • 1 year telesales experience
  • English proficiency (second language an advantage)
  • Excellent telephonic, written and verbal skills
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Word; Excel
  • Meticulous and professional

  • Researching your chosen industry and becoming a specialist within the field
  • 5 hours a day on the phone developing clients
  • competency based interviewing of top profiles
  • reference and due dilligence checks on candidates
  • Interview prep and debriefing of sendouts
  • handling offer close and resignation
  • key account management
  • Building relations and handling a challenging environment
  • fee negotiation and sign off on PSL’s
  • Head hunting and screening top profiles
  • weekly reporting and board meeting on activity and target revenues
  • partake in weekly training and upskilling
  • Must be a self motivated person who can plan and drive their own daily work

THIS IS NOT A 8-5 JOB, this is a career that requires extra hours. if you only want to work 8 – 5 then this is not for you!

  • Must be strong and building relationships and be of a professional nature when dealing with people

R5,500 – R12,000 + Commission (details given at interview)
